Ryan Herbst, and current client Kopi Vogiatzis (Escalante’s) approached Digital Function to help create the Bellaire Police and Fire Foundation. As a Texas non-profit 501c(3) it was created to enhance public safety in the City of Bellaire by promoting excellence in the Police and Fire departments and to go above and beyond the confines of the city budget. Digital Function was tasked with design and development.
